Cooperation project between

Beijing MinHai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and FIT Biotech Ltd , Finland.

Development of tuberculosis vaccine in China

Following introductions and subsequent coordination from Beck Global Solutions, the two companies Beijing Minhai Biotechnology Co. Ltd in China and Fit Biotech Oy in Finland reached agreement on an initial cooperation arrangement for cooperative development of a tuberculosis vaccine. The parties signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation at the Embassy of Finland in Beijing on 18 February 2014 with the senior management from both sides present at the signing ceremony (see photo below). The agreement for this cooperative project marks a big step forward for the development plans of both companies and is very significant for the prevention of tuberculosis in China and the world.

Cooperation project between

Qian Yuan Hao Biological Corporation Ltd., China and FIT Biotech Ltd , Finland.

Development of novel animal vaccines in China

Following introductions and subsequent coordination from Beck Global Solutions, Qian Yuan Hao Biological Corporation Limited, China and FIT Biotech Oy, Finland, announced in March 2015 that they had reached agreement on a cooperation for the development of several animal DNA-vaccines based on the novel vector technology developed by FIT. The parties signed the agreement at the Embassy of Finland in China on 19 March 2015 (see photo below) with the senior management on both sides present at the signing ceremony. The agreement for this collaborative project marks a big step forward for the development plans of both companies and is expected significantly to impact the animal health situation in China.
